Our delivery team will call you before their first attempt to give you a time frame during which they intend to arrive. If you miss this delivery, they will perform one more attempt.
If, after the second attempt, you're still unavailable to receive your order, it'll be returned to us. Call us on 600-566-114 within five working days of the second attempt and we'll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
