After signing in, check for 'Address Book' column at the right and click it. Click on the 'Add a New Address' beside your current address. Make your changes and save your new billing address

When can we expect delivery?

Orders placed between Saturday to Thursday will be delivered in 3-10 business days. We will also call you to schedule a delivery that is convenient for you

Do you deliver countries outside the UAE?

We're sorry, at present we only do delivery to addresses with UAE

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery.

How do I return my product and what is your return policy?

However, items like towel, bed sheets, pillow covers and mattresses will not be eligible for return due to hygienic reasons

Will you accept a return if I have discarded the packaging?

No, your item should be in an original condition to be eligible for the return

We provide free delivery on the purchase of AED 100 and above
